Mr. Spagnola helped me out with a suit that was filed against me by my ex. Long story short, up to this point I had dealt with two different law firms and Sam did a better job with my case. After fighting out of court with my ex wife for over a year, Mr. Spagnola was able to advise me and negotiate split custody of my kids. He was knowledgeable and kept me informed of the process of the impending hearings. He also was very effective in my Equitable Distribution case. He never offered false hope, but was forthcoming with what outcomes I might expect. If it wasn’t for effective negotiations with the other counsel, I would have ended up paying more in fees for preparations and court hearings.
