From the moment I reached out to him, he genuinely took the time to listen, review the materials I provided, and offer understanding, guidance, and reassurance during a time when I needed it most. I’ve been navigating a high-conflict family law case involving a protection order intended to keep my children safe. Charlie has taken that seriously from day one and continues to do so as we navigate this difficult process together, always keeping the best interests of the children at the forefront. One of the things I value most about Charlie is that he keeps things real. He won’t simply tell you what you want to hear because that’s what you want to hear. He explains the realities of the situation, lays out the options, and develops thoughtful, meticulous strategies to address the problems in front of you. He doesn’t take shortcuts—quite the opposite. He’s willing to play the long game when that’s what the situation requires, and he doesn’t make reactionary decisions. I kept my daughter and the father helped I couldn’t have gotten through this time without Charlie Shane. Not only was he always available when I needed him, but he always had a smile on his face. Leigh A105 days agoI worked with Charlie Shane during an extremely difficult and complex family law case, and I'm grateful I had him in my corner. Charlie was consistently responsive, and I never had to wonder if my emails were being read or my concerns heard. When urgent things came up, and in my case they often did, he and his team were on it quickly. He was steady and supportive without ever sugarcoating things, and his familiarity with the local courts and the system showed in how he anticipated what was coming and prepared me for it. His paralegal Sorayah deserves special mention. She was organized, kind, and on top of every detail, and she made a stressful process so much easier to navigate.
