		<description><![CDATA[Sam Spagnola was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a graduate of Guilford College in Greensboro, NC, where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Political Science. At Guilford, Sam was involved in the North Carolina Student Legislature, and also wrote a political column for the school newspaper. After completing undergraduate school, Sam attended the Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas. In law school, Sam was the President of the Federalist Society, a member of the ATLA Mock Trial Team, the International Law Moot Court Team, the Board of Advocates, the American Inns of Court, and was selected to be the Chief Counsel of the SMU Criminal Justice Clinic by his Clinic Professor. Before he graduated, Sam already had two real criminal jury trials, and he won both of them. He also worked as an intern for the Attorney General of Texas in Interstate Child Support Enforcement. <BR><BR>He is a Board Certified <SPAN><A href="about:url http://www.nclawspecialists.gov/faqs.asp"><FONT color="#0000ff">Specialist</FONT></SPAN></A> in Family Law by the North Carolina Board of Legal Specialization. He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, and has represented clients in Guilford, Forsyth, Davidson, Randolph, Alamance, Rockingham, Rowan, Cabarrus, Stanly and Mecklenburg Counties.
